Boutique Care Homes is proud to sponsor Care Sector’s Got Talent 2025, a heartfelt celebration of creativity, connection, and community across the care sector. Organised by Championing Social Care, the annual event showcases the extraordinary talents of individuals working and living in care, offering a joyful reminder of the passion and spirit that define the sector.
This year’s Grand Final will take place on Wednesday 2nd April at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, bringing together performers from across the country in a powerful celebration of self-expression and togetherness.
As part of our sponsorship, residents and team members across Boutique Care Homes’ three award-winning homes—The Burlington in Shepperton, Brampton Manor in Newmarket, and Chartwell House in Broadstairs—were invited to review and score the finalist performances ahead of the event. The experience brought genuine joy and sparked rich conversations in each home, connecting residents with the wider care community in a deeply meaningful way.
At Brampton Manor, Valda Rayner, Head of Lifestyle and Wellbeing, shared; “The standard this year was truly impressive. Our residents particularly enjoyed the beautiful voice of Rhodora Sario-Apiag and were captivated by Oladayo Ojekanmi’s incredible instrumental talent. Every finalist brought something special, and we all agreed they fully deserved their place in the final.”
The Burlington’s residents were equally moved by the talent on show. Sarah Burt, Head of Lifestyle & Wellbeing, added; “There was so much talent and heart in every performance. Our residents especially enjoyed the saxophone, the choir, and the inclusive Makaton group. It was a joy to watch.”
Supporting initiatives like Care Sector’s Got Talent reflects Boutique Care Homes’ commitment to providing more than exceptional care—it’s about nurturing a warm and loving family where everyone feels at home. The event speaks directly to this ethos by celebrating individuality, connection, and the shared joy that makes life in care so rich and rewarding.
Ameet Kotecha, Founder and Managing Director of Boutique Care Homes and an Ambassador for Championing Social Care, commented; “Care Sector’s Got Talent shines a light on the people who bring joy and heart to our sector every day. It has been a privilege to involve our residents in recognising their achievements. This event speaks to everything we stand for—connection, community, and care so good, it’s unexpected.” To discover more about Boutique Care Homes, please visit www.boutiquecarehomes.co.uk
